Plastic Screen Printing
 Printing of plastic parts, plastic products secondary mechanic (or reprocessing) in one. 3. Polyethylene, polypropylene plastic screen printing polyethylene (PE) plastic: polyethylene plastic extensive use by extrusion, injection molding process into various products. Polypropylene (PP) plastic: polypropylene plastic over the years is one of the important species development. The method is suitable for all molding. Do all kinds of pipes, all kinds of box and film and fiber. Industrial polypropylene having a high degree of spatial regularity, a high degree of crystallinity, and other macromolecular chains now index 89 to 95% range, also contain small amounts of amorphous atactic and crystalline low dimensional block structure. Melting point in the range of 170 ~ 175 ℃, a glass transition temperature of isotactic polymer -13 ~ 0 ℃, and syndiotactic polymers of O ℃. Concentrated nitric acid, fuming sulfuric acid can etch polypropylene, at higher temperatures, can be dissolved in aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, at room temperature can only make it swell. Acids and esters, it also has some dissolution, regulations and other aggregate content increased with increased solvent resistance have been increased.
Overall polyethylene and polypropylene are the high degree of crystallinity, low surface tension polymer material non-polar molecular structure. In their molecular structure is not like carbon group, a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group such polar groups, compared with the polyethylene, polypropylene finishes easier.
